Q: WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR AN APARTMENT?
Income Requirement of at least 3.5x's the rental rate in per month. Minimum credit score of 600, we process Trans Union credit reports. No felonies or evictions in the past 5 years, and you must have good standing with previous landlord.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET APPROVED?
The approval process takes approximately 2-3 business days.
Q: IS THERE AN APPLICATION FEE?
There is a $30 application fee. This fee must be paid before the application can be processed.
WHAT ARE YOUR LEASE TERMS?
Leases are 12 months long, rolling over to at will (month to month) after the 12 month term expires. Renewing another 12 months is not required.
Q: IS THERE LAUNDRY ON SITE?
All of our apartment buildings offer coin operated laundry rooms. Parkview Apartments, Graham Rd. townhouses and Rosamond Ranchplex/Townhouses offer W/D hookups in the basements for personal use.
Q: DO YOU HAVE STUDENT HOUSING?
We have a variety of locations near the University of Akron that may interest students, but none of our apartment buildings are exclusively for students.
Q: HOW MUCH WILL MY UTILITY BILLS COST?
To get an accurate idea of the utility cost, you can contact the utility companies and request an estimate for the address of the apartment you are considering.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR SMOKING POLICY?
For the safety and health of our residents and employees, we are a NON SMOKING company. All tenants sign a Non Smoking Agreement when signing their lease. Failure to comply with this policy is a violation of the lease agreement.
Q: ARE YOUR APARTMENTS PET FRIENDLY?
All of our properties are PET FREE buildings, with the exclusion of the Graham Rd. Townhouses and Parkview Apartments. These locations have a $25 pet fee per pet, with a max. of 2 pets per apartment. Dogs under 25 pounds and cats are allowed. Pets must be up to date on all vaccines, and pet owner's must comply with the Pet Agreement Policy signed with the lease.
